For most models, it's just another day of work.
Having conquered the catwalks of New York, new British talent are touching down in the capital for London Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2019. And with fashion month now in full swing, it sometimes begs the question: what does being a model during fashion week actually entail?
Sure, we all see the paparazzi, flawless make-up and extremely high heels. But contrary to the aspirational images on our Instagram feeds, fashion week isn't all glitz and glamour.
To celebrate Models 1’s 50th anniversary, we've teamed up with the British modelling agency to ask five up-and-coming models from their ‘Talent’, ‘New Faces’ and ‘Curve’ divisions what fashion week is like IRL (in real life) - from how they get around, to what they get up to and how they survive their busy schedules.
